1: How to confirm a spare part ?

Usually, we confirm a spare part as below:

(1) The used forklift model and forklift brand.

(2) Model number of a part.

(3) Photos of a spare part.

(4) Measure key dimensions.

2: How long is your delivery time?

Generally, 5-7 days for normal products. For special parts, it depends on our raw material inventory and

production capacity. Anyway, we can deliver within 30 days.

3: Any service about spare parts ?

Based on clients' enquiry, we supply correct products with photos.

4: How to do the order and payment ?

(1) Send us your type, loading weight requirement and quantity better with picture or drawing to confirm;

(2) We will provide price, lead time information;

(3) After confirm our quotation, issue the purchasing order to us;

(4) We will give PI accordingly, then you can arrange for payment;

(5) When we receive your payment, your purchasing order is confirmed, then we will arrange for production.
